NOEL MEANEY- Executive Chairman
Noel is also Chairman and CEO of Citadel100 Datacenters which he founded in 2002. Citadel100 owns and operates Tier 4 Datacenters in Europe and has a strategic partnership with HP. In 2007 Noel sold 50% of Citadel100 to Keppel Corporation Ltd, a leading mainboard listed company in Singapore with core businesses in Offshore & Marine, Property and Infrastructure.
From 2002 to 2010 Noel was CEO and Chairman of euNetworks, a company he founded following his acquisition of the European fibre assets of Metromedia Fibre Networks (MFN). Under Noels direction euNetworks grew to become one of Europe’s largest metropolitan fibre optic infrastructure providers. euNetworks owns and operates 13 fibre-based metropolitan networks across Europe connected with a high capacity intercity backbone. In 2004 Noel floated euNetworks on the Singapore stock exchange.
Noel also holds a number non-executive roles including Non-executive Director of Alternative Energy Limited (AEL), a London AIM listed Company that develops intelligent clean energy domestic building products using solar and wind power. Noel is also Chairman of Fort Technologies, an Irish Company whose software is used by Enterprise clients and Service Providers for the complete lifecycle management of their cloud based IT environments.
From 2000 to 2002 Noel was Managing Director of MFN with responsibility for Ireland the UK and The Netherlands. From 2005 to 2000 Noel was Regional Vice President (RVP) of Computer Associates in Europe where he had responsibility for sale and operations across multiply European countries including Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Israel and Spain.
DIANE HODNETT - Chief Executive Officer
Diane oversees all commercial matters for the company including corporate affairs, fundraising, sales and marketing. Diane brings a wealth of experience to the business. Before taking her position at the helm of Sea Fibre Networks, Diane was Director of Corporate Development with euNetworks Ltd., a pan European telecoms company, involved in fundraising, M&A activity and Corporate development. She was also a member of the Advisory Board of its German subsidiary. Previous roles include senior executive appointments in telecoms and technology organisations and academic positions.
Diane graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College Cork having studied law, finance, marketing, statistics and management.
CLIFF HOLTZ - Non-Executive Director
Cliff is a renowned telecom expert with significant expertise in enterprise sales and marketing of telecom services, including fibre sales and leases. Cliff has held a number of high level public company corporate positions including President, Metro Markets at AT&T; SVP, Consumer at Gateway; EVP, Business Markets Group at Qwest Communication; and President, North American Enterprise Sales at Nortel Networks. Cliff brings 25 years of sales and marketing experience and a deep knowledge of the telecom industry to the Board of Sea Fibre Networks.
Cliff received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
STEPHEN MARTIN - Non-Executive Director
Stephen is a Managing Director of CeltixConnect Equity Investors LLC, the private equity fund that owns CeltixConnect. Stephen has a long history of handling ethics and compliance issues, as in-house counsel/compliance officer to several major corporations, a former federal and state prosecutor, a corporate consultant and a business ethics professor.
Stephen has held corporate legal and compliance positions in major telecom/communications companies, including WorldCom, Qwest and Adelphia. Prior to working in the telecom space, Stephen served as a federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice's United States Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C. and as an Assistant Attorney General with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office in Jefferson City, Missouri (under now Governor Jay Nixon).
Stephen received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver, a Juris Doctorate degree from Creighton University, a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver. He also served for five years as a Clinical Professor in the Department of Business Ethics and Legal Studies in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
JOHN LAZEROW - Non-Executive Director
John is a Managing Director of CeltixConnect Equity Investors LLC, the private equity fund that owns CeltixConnect John’s expertise is in investment management, private equity and venture capital. He currently serves as President of EJL Asset Management, an investment adviser registered in New York and Washington D.C., providing asset management services to wealthy individuals, and as General Partner of LazGas LLC. John is also a Founder and Managing Member of Lazerow Ventures LLC, a venture capital fund created to invest in internet and internet-related businesses and investments.
In addition to serving on the Board of CeltixConnect, John currently sits on the Board of Directors of Power Transport Systems. Prior to these ventures, John managed public market assets for wealthy individuals and small institutions at Zirkin-Cutler Investments, a registered investment adviser in Bethesda, Maryland. John received a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University.
